A Luna Blue License Agreement. All of A Luna Blue's 'Motions' are royalty free, which means they can be used as many times as you like without incurring additional fees or costs.All of A Luna Blue's 'Images' (Photographs) are royalty free for production runs under 5000. For runs over 5000, where our images are the primary content in objects you create for resale (including Greeting Cards, Posters, T-Shirts and Premium Items), it is easy to obtain a Resale License.All images; text and movie sequences on A Luna Blue's website, DVDs and CD-ROMs are proprietary and copyrighted. Each reproduction of any photograph must bear a credit line "© A Luna Blue".All rights are reserved by A Luna Blue. This license is granted only to the registered owner of an A Luna Blue DVD or CD-ROM. Your invoice is the proof of your registration.In no event will A Luna Blue; its Directors; Employees or Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.Permitted Usage.By this agreement A Luna Blue grants to the registered owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the 'Motion' sequences in any film, video, advertising, internet or multimedia application.We grant to the registered owner of an 'Image' (photograph) with a 'Web License' use for website, multimedia design projects and electronic presentations.We grant to the registered owner of an 'Image' (photograph) with a 'Full Commercial License' use for advertising, packaging, marketing, brochures, presentations.License Restrictions.You may not copy or distribute copies of the Images, Motions, documentation or packaging to others.You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell distribute or provide to others any portion of the files from the DVD, CD-ROM or photograph.You may not use any A Luna Blue Image or Motion in any form of pornographic, defamatory, immoral or illegal material.Resale and Special Licensing.For a Resale License, exclusive rights on any image and other license questions please contact sales@alunablue.comReturn Policy.Please preview the Images and Motions on this website before purchasing a CD or downloading a file.
